I'm trying to set up my Charge 6. During set up it tells me I need to move my account to Google. When I select Proceed, the app crashes. All the information online tells me to click my avatar icon, scroll down the page and select the 'Move your account to Google' prompt, but this option isn't there.
I also don't see an option under Account called 'Manage your Account' (which is mentioned in some other guides).
I tried redownloading the app and making sure it was updated, restarting my phone, etc, but no luck. Does anyone know of another way to migrate my account? I logged in to the fitbit website but I couldn't find anything there either.

After a bit of digging it looks likely that it's because I have an old phone that uses Android 8. The Fitbit Setup Requirements claim you need to be on Android 9 or higher.

I have the same problem. There is no option to move my account to Google after tapping on settings.. This is very frustrating. Fitbit's instructions are awful. Did any find a solution?

The original poster wasn't able to migrate their account because their phone didn't meet the Fitbit app requirements. Have you confirmed that your phone/tablet meets the requirements (<-- click link)?
