No reminder to do hourly steps

Why new Fitbit doesn’t remind me to move each hour if I fail to do my 250 steps. I have checked I have requested this a number of times but the Fitbit still doesn’t remind me to move.

Do you have REMINDERS TO MOVE turned on in settings?

Go here, click on your device and then REMINDERS TO MOVE, this will expand the section and enable to enable/disable the function, you can change the days and hours you want to be notified.

Adding I’m in the same boat. I receive text notices to my Fitbit but reminders to move aren’t happening

when I go into the Fitbit app it seems to be automatically changing back to no on remind to move even though I click it on

It's a dissapointing part of Fitbit's update effective 9-29.  They took-away that feature & many other great features.  New format is BORING !! and de-motivating.  Bring back the colors & motivation!!

I believe they didnt' take away that feature? This is for my PW1, my son's and my wife's. All the same issue.

It's been broken ever since the WOS4 update.

I sometimes get a partial vibration 10 to the hour, and if I happen to be staring at an active screen 10 to the hour I actually get the full notification. Unfortunately with AOD turned off to save battery the notification somehow gets partially blocked now.

I was hoping they'd fix it in the December feature drop but the issue is still there. Here's hoping January bug fix?
