I have a Pixel Watch 2 and I haven't been receiving any readiness scores or sleep scores for at least a week. It just does that thing where it says I've been either "asleep", "awake", or "restless". I haven't been doing anything differently, it just suddenly stopped giving me the features I pay for. Honestly pretty irritating.

Same problem with charge 6. When it does randomly work out of the blue, the newest update looks so cluttered compared to the screenshots I have of my sleep score from the previous version, I can't even really comprehend it anymore.

I'm glad to help with your inquiry about the missing readiness and sleep scores.
Like all heart rate tracking technologies, accuracy is affected by physiology, location of device, and your movements and activity.
In addition, the readiness score is calculated by 3 key inputs: Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Recent Sleep & Resting Heart Rate (RHR)
If you received a sleep log, but it only includes your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) i recommend checking the following possible causes by reading our help article What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages? below the section Why aren’t my sleep stages showing up today?

I had the same issue and it started a week ago. It has worked beautifully for over a year. I have done a factory reset on my Pixel Watch 2. No help. I have cleared the Fitbit cache on my phone.. No help. I uninstalled and reinstalled Fitbit.. That fixed it for one night and now back to no Sleep Score and only getting sleep patterns vs sleep stages.

I'm suddenly having the same issue with my Pixel watch 2. No sleep stages and no readiness score. I have Fitbit premium. I haven't found a fix yet.
