My stress management score has stopped again. It did this sometime ago and was eventually resolved and has been working ever since. However, yesterday it wasn't there and isn't again this morning. Please help

Thank you Andrea. However, I also lost the Spo2% prior to losing the stress management score. The spo2 came back the day I lost the stress management 18th July. This morning 20th July, I still have no stress management score and the spo2 has gone again. I wear my watch all the time.

Same here. Normally when this happens I can clear the cache of the app and that fixes it, but not this time. I also tried restarting my phone, my Luxe, reinstalling the app, adding removing the tile... Nothing works. There was a Fitbit server outage on Friday morning so I didn't think much of it at first, but now it seems like too much of a coincidence, like something broke after the outage.
