My stress management score has stopped again. It did this sometime ago and was eventually resolved and has been working ever since. However, yesterday it wasn't there and isn't again this morning. Please help

It's been 4 days for me without a stress score on the Sense 2, 23, 24, 25 and today 26th of May. Did anyone manage to fix this? If yes, how?

I had this problem back in March/April and the same thing has happened. No stress management score shows up. Have tried all the suggested actions - no luck. Why does this keep happening?

Another issue resolved but stress has not been working 4 days since 24th May today 27th May.

I’m also having this same issue, again. Stress management score not recording, the same as in March. I, too, have tried the suggested “fixes” (e.g., turning off phone, restarting the Charge 5, etc.), to no avail. So, disappointing this keeps happening.

It appears to be an intermittent issue. After having no stress management score for several days, I had one yesterday but then no score again today!

Having similar problems: Missing data May 23/24. Got data May 25. After that no data. The experience of using Fitbit is getting worse. Lots of repeating hazzle and problems the last 6 months. Really annoying and a bit ironic since the whole point of using it is wellbeing, reducing stress etc. Now I spend energy on getting this piece of technology to work. Also paying for it.

I have no stress management score. I wear it continuously, have heart rate tracking, can see my sleep stages, updates the app, any other odeas?

Hi, @Doirep , is this always true? Have you ever had a stress management score? Try scrolling back through previous days. I notice that I have no score for yesterday and the 2 previous days before (for no obvious reason, so maybe Fitbit was having a glitch) but it is back with me today.
I would suggest checking your previous days and confirming whether it is there and then checking it today or tomorrow to see if it is back as expected.

I only got the Fitbit 3 days ago so maybe it os just a glitch those days - i’ll keep an eye on it. Thanks.
