No stress management score

I have had the Charge 6 for a week and a half. Charged the tracker on Friday  and since then it haven't given a stress management score like it did before.

On a side note, notifications like messages also stopped popping up automatically on the screen.

Which version of the Fitbit app do you have? There was an issue with the Stress Management score that was fixed in a recent app update. The current app version is 4.41.

This help page has the instructions to set up notifications from your phone to your Fitbit (<-- click link). Please let us know if you were able to setup your notifications again.

Thanks for responding. How do I see the version of the app?

As the device is a week and a half old, wouldn't both the app and the device be updated to the newest version? 

I had fitbit back in 2020 originally, but when I go to the app store there are no updates waiting.

Thanks for letting us know that your Charge 6 is less than 2 weeks old. It should be on the current app version, 4.41.

To find your app version

• Tap on your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
• Tap on Help in the menu that opens

Were you able to setup your phone notifications?

• The app version info will be on the page that opens
