Not charging even with a new charger

So both my charge 5 & charge 6 won't charge even with a new charger, I have left them each charging for hours and nothing, pressing the buttons, cleaning etc do nothing. Have both just died? There is  no way to resit either of them.

Even my charge 4 doesn't turn on even though it appears to be functioning.

Either .looking at getting the pixel 3 or moving to Samsung permanently.

It sounds like you've already tried the recommended troubleshooting on this help page: why isn't my Fitbit charging (<-- click link)

When you say that you've tried a new charger, are you referring to the charging cable or the charging "brick" that you plug into the wall socket?
