Not paring with phone

Charge 6 was working yesterday, when I woke up today it had a message on the display

download the fitbit mobile app

tried everything I saw on this forum,

1. uninstall app

2. use the recharge cable button

3. use the watch side button 

I use Apple iOS 18, only have one Fitbit device on the app and I can pair other Fitbit devices on my phone

 

please help, been trying to sort it for a few hours now! As I said it was working when I went to bed last night

There have been some iOS users reporting that they can't sync their Fitbits to the app. The team is aware of the issue and has been working on fixing the problem.

A similar syncing/pairing issue was affecting some Android users. A recent update to the Fitbit Android app fixed the problem for most users. I expect that the fix for iOS users will roll out in an app update.

When the update is available, it tends to roll out in waves. Keep checking the Apple app store for an update and install it when it's available to you.

At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting we can recommend since the problem is on the Fitbit side.
