I have a Charge 6. I ran 7km on the treadmill while the running app was recording. When I had finished and checked the app on m phone only 0.78km had been recorded, although it had registered over 9000 steps. Why is this?

@Treadmillrunner   Did you make sure the GPS was off in your Run settings before you started?

For a little clarification, a moderator wrote that the treadmill shortcut uses your walking stride length.  They recommended using the Run shortcut with GPS off, so it calculates your distance uses your running stride length when calculating steps x stride length.
