Not tracking HRV, defective Charge 6?

Hi All, My Charge6 is tracking everything else ok except for Heart Rate Variability, this has never shown up at all.

When I download the raw data from google takeout, there is nothing in the rmssd column or entropy column. There is a value in nremhr though.

Any ideas? Would the unit be defective even though it can track all those other metrics fine?

Thank you for providing the information regarding this difficulty with Charge 6.

Please, keep in mind that there are some factors that can impact the heart rate tracking and it's variability per se.

I would recommend you to check the following and let me know if the situation persist after that:

• Use your wristband in a way it doesn't move. For more information, check this article.
• Use the wristband that came with your Charge 5.
• When working out, use the Training App and turn on GPS.
• Restart your Charge 6.

Hi, thanks man, I have tried all that. Also tried force stopping the app, clearing cache, logging out and in again, deleting the app and reinstalling.
