Not tracking my bike ride

• I recently bought a Charge 6. It seems really buggy. Things work...then they don't. Today's issue: i went out on my bike. From the home screen, side-swiped for exercise and selected bike. It perfectly tracked my journey, with all the stats. On the way back, i did exactly the same...and nothing. 0km at 0km/hr, which took me 22 minutes. I did a third leg, and again, nothing. Any fixes please?

Just to make sure, please confirm you have followed the instructions in our help article How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device? > Charge 5, Charge 6, Inspire 3, and Luxe.

Steps 4 and 5 explain how to finish activity.
