Only Readiness not working

I have not had a readiness score since the 12th October, the app doesn't say calibrating or anything like I've seen in other posts in the forums it just says "no score make sure you wear your device to sleep"

 

I am however getting sleep scores, all my health metrics (skin temp, sleeping oxygen, hrv etc) are all working and logging fine, it is only the daily readiness that isn't working 

 

I've tried updating my app, updating the firmware of my device, updating my phone, resetting my device both on the device and using the button on the charge cable, I've cleared the cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logging out and back in, etc and nothing will work

 

I've contacted Fitbit chat ask was told it was a known issue and to wait for an update for the app but it's been weeks now and I'm not getting anywhere, does anyone else at least have this issue because I cannot find anything both here on these forums or other places like Reddit, only issues with the updated readiness scores but not that they are completely not working, I've lost an important part of my daily ritual and I'm getting very fed up

I've seen some other users reporting that they aren't getting the updated Readiness score, despite wearing their Fitbit devices for at least 7 days, including at night.

There was a recent update for the Fitbit app, for both Android & iOS, to version 4.28/4.28.1. If you haven't updated to this version yet, keep checking the app store for the update. The updates tend to roll out in waves, so it might be taking a bit more time for it to be available to you.

I have the same issue! I have worn the Fitbit charge 6 to sleep for well over 7 days and while I consistently get a sleep score, I have not had a Readiness score since October 9th. You are not alone!

I've been having the same issue with the Daily Readiness score ever since I got my Charge 6 on Sept 16th. I already updated the Fitbit app to version 4.28, but nothing changed. Now, I'm even facing new problem with my sleep tracking.

Yesterday, I reached out to Google support. They said the latest app update (4.28) doesn’t fix this issue. When I asked about a solution, they just told me to wait. It’s honestly pretty frustrating. 🙄

I didn't specify that the updated app was 4.28 but it is installed and not working, Fitbit chat has advised to wait for the following update

Same same. Used to rely on this score but stopped working a couple months ago and no update, restart etc has helped.
