Pairing with laptop

Hello, I have a charge 6 with the Fitbit app on my iPhone. However when I want to look at my dashboard online it says no device paired. If I follow the instructions to pair it says to download the app first on my phone. But I already have the app on my phone and have been using the Fitbit for months. Does anyone know how I can see my dashboard online? These instructions are making no sense since I already have the phone app and it's already paired with my Fitbit. Thanks in advance for any input.

Hi @juneesca Fitbit removed our ability to sync to our computers. You must have a compatible phone or tablet. You can see your dashboard here - click - but the online dashboard is more limited than before.

Thank you so much for the answer. The reason I wanted access to this feature is because I haven't been getting the weekly reports directly to my email like I used to. I haven't changed any setting on my Fitbit, although I do log out of app during the week to save battery on my phone. I do sign in every morning to check overnight stats. Do you know if they've stopped emailing weekly stats?

@juneescaI've been getting mine, but I'm still using the Fitbit account. You are using a Google account. I'll ask a Fitbit Moderator to stop by to let us know if that could be an issue.

I migrated my Fitbit account to Google last year and am still getting my weekly Fitbit updates, usually on Monday evenings.

Hopefully, the Moderator can shed some light on your issue.

The weekly report is being sent automatically to each user, independently if you are using a Google or a Fitbit account.

Why in the world did they do that?  It was easier to look at on my laptop than on my phone.  Doesn't seem as though they care about customer service.

Personally I used to use the web dashboard all the time but not so much lately. Obviously they know how much use it gets and how much effort they would need to maintain it properly and made that decision. It's the way of Google and always has been.
