Hi all
So i had a faulty charge 5 which i returned and was sent a charge 6 as a replacement which was fine by me, i set it up for the first time today and after it did all the updates and the watch eventually started up i noticed there was a phone icon on the watch that kept appearing with a line through it. After doing a bit of research it seems that means the phone is not connected to my watch or is out of bluetooth range, but my phone is connected to the watch and i can use the app, so whats going on with the watch?

Let me help you with the connectivity issues you've been experiencing with your Charge 6. I appreciate the time you've spent in the research for the resolution of this situation.

You should be able to get rid of this connectivity issue by following the troubleshooting steps suggested in our help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
In addition, in order to better understand what might be going on, do you see this icon only when closing the app? Please note there are some adjustments depending on your operating system your mobile uses, to have your Fitbit app work in the background.
