Pixel 8 ECG and spo2 problems

The ECG and spo2 apps will not stay installed on my charge. 6. Watch. I have a pixel 8 phone. It worked for about 3 weeks and then for the last 2 months they will not stay on there. When you look at the apps they're always trying to install them but they do not install. This causes the sleep app to not work correctly. Is anyone else having this problem. Fitbit tech support cannot seem to fix this problem.

Hello @Charge6lkt

It would be helpful to know what troubleshooting steps you did when you were in contact with Support. That way, we don't suggest the same troubleshooting steps that you've already tried without success.

I have deleted and then added back the Fitbit app numerous times . Re-added
the watch. Deleted all the data on the watch and re-added it. If I turn my
phone off and wait a minute and turn it back on sometimes it will reload
the two apps when I go to the the watch settings on the app but after a
little while they're deleted and then it just keeps cycling trying to add
them again.

Same issue here with the ECG app, keeps disappearing. Pixel 7a. Just hoping Google sort it with an update 😒

Thanks for replying. I was starting to think I was the only one with this problem. Have you seen any other issues like this on any other forums. Pretty sad that Google can't fix this with their own phone and their own devices. If anyone else is having the same problem I would appreciate it if they left a comment.
