Power Snyc not syncing with Fitbit. Unable to manage apps and add app in Fitbit.

Power sync stopped working with Fitbit. I cannot add the app as I don’t see manage apps as an option in Fitbit settings. 

Probably been about a week or so. When  power sync tries to open Fitbit and I say allow all, still getting message in power sync that authorization failed.

Unfortunately. No. It says authorization failed.

Ugh, same for me. And I’ve tried contacting customer help but to no avail.
