Hello, after I moved my account from Apple to google, my Fitbit charge no longer provides premium data such as sleep score. I’ve restarted the device, updated the app and talked to customer service on the phone. They were NO help. Did anyone else have these issues? My husband didn’t move his account and has had no issues whatsoever.

@Tamminator Sleep score is not a Premium feature. It is available to all Fitbit users. Here is a Help Article with information about the Sleep Score.
Is there other data that you are not receiving? Are you getting consistent heart rate data overnight?
