Premium

Anytime I try to use premium it tells me to get premium . I already have it. Had no issues with inspire2 but constant with charge 6.

Have you had a chance to contact Fitbit support (<-- click link) about your issue? They should be able to check your account, confirm that you have a Premium subscription, and hopefully, help you get rid of the annoying notification.

Yes. Several Times. First, they said premium no longer had the features I
was looking for. Then they said I did not have premium, which, yes I did.
Third, I have reinstalled the app, nothing is helping. Now Hubbys Charge 6
quit tracking exercise. Not yet happy with the upgrade.
