RHR is around mid 40s to low 50s

Hello. I am a 19 year old male who isn't an athlete by any means. I worked out fairly consistently about 3 to 4 times a week for a month or two in March and April, but I haven't been working out since I returned to work for the summer. I work in produce at a grocery store, so I'm constantly walking around (about 9 to 10 thousand steps a day) and lifting boxes of things. I try to eat fairly healthy and have been sort of tracking my diet, but I'm not a super healthy eater. Low heart rate also runs in the family.

Is a RHR in the 40s to 50s normal?

Hello @dadensan

Although I understand that you are looking for feedback from other users about a lower RHR, this is a question best discussed with your healthcare provider. Your healthcare provider is best qualified to give you guidance based on your medical history, taking into account that low heart rate runs in your family.
