Is there any way to turn off that it's identifying them riding my bicycle or I'm on my treadmill now I don't even have the exercise app installed

Hi @Bassaddict simply disable any exercise tat you do not want the Charge 6 to detect. 

Open the Fitbit App / Tap the exercise tile / Tap the 3 dots in the top right / Tap Settings / Tap the desired exercise then disable.
