Readiness Score still says "buy premium"??

I keep diligently monitoring both my Fitbit app and Charge 6 for signs fo the free readiness score but for me it still says I need to buy a premium subscription to get the readiness score.  Why is that?  I did indeed have a 6 month premium trial but didn't renew.  However, don't think that matters.

Is the readiness score available to everyone w/Charge 6 for free?

Hi, @SteverinoLA , the Fitbit readiness score on the Charge 6 is a premium feature.  Please see this article for more information.

@Julia_G   I'm sorry, but you are incorrect.  Fitbit announced that the daily readiness score will be free to all users.  9to5google 

@SteverinoLA   This rollout is going much slower than I expected.  My husband doesn't have premium and he hasn't received it either.  The way it is calculated is different, too.  Existing premium users are also getting this update.  I have premium and haven't received the update, either.  😠

Hi, @LZeeW thanks so much for clarifying!  I had thought it was free, but I checked the info from Google and they were still saying (in the article I shared) that it was still a Premium feature, so I thought I had misunderstood.  I very much appreciate your info.  Hopefully the OP (and your husband) will get that feature soon.

The issue with the Premium message has already been reported. Our Team is looking at why this is still appearing, as mentioned by our friend  LZeeW , Readiness Score should be available for all users.

Ah, great.  Let me know if there's anything I can do to help resolve it.  Readiness score is super exciting for me so frustrating I'm one of the few stuck on the buy premium problem.
