Readiness score always says :hundred_points: and crashes the app if I click on it. Activity Zone minutes conflict with the actual data and graphs (example: it will say I’ve had an hour and a half in vigorous exercise when I can clearly see I only had 30 minutes by measuring the graph.)
Tried all the troubleshoots to no success.
Starting to see why people whine about google devices 😛

Hello @JoyWithAPen
This help page (<-- click) explains how the Daily Readiness score is calculated. Since you say that you're always getting 100 for your readiness score, please let us know how long you've had your Charge 6.
Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the Fitbit app on your mobile device to see if that fixes the crashing issue?
As for your AZM minutes, you earn 1 AZM for each minute you're in the Moderate zone and 2 AZM for each minute in the Vigorous and Peak zone. Still, that doesn't account for getting 90 AZM for 30 minutes activity in the Vigorous zone. Could you please share a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Same has been happening to me with 100 readiness score and app crashing for 6 months or so. Have tried all the fixes with no luck. I have an iPhone 13 and have a feeling this may be related to the older phone. Running newest version of iOS and Fitbit app version 4.48.

Hello @CPK777
What version of iOS is on your iPhone? The Fitbit app requires iOS 16.4 or higher.
