Readiness score is pointless?

ANSWERED

It's just I work out five days a week and I run 5 days a week which should be fine and I work 3 days a week. So why on Saturday this is my last gym day before I rest does it say my readiness score is one. I have work today I have the gym today does the Fitbit bit expect me not to work? Just curious because it's impossible to be a one I didn't want a one score and I want you to adjust the way it works. A twenty I can expect but a one is rude. I don't like that and I'm not staying home just because my watch tells me so it's kinda useless. At least the readiness score is. I get plenty of sleep too. I just know other people who work out 6 days a week. So it's crazy that it's stressing about me working five days a week

@Xxsicknessxx   The way I see it, the Daily Readiness Score helps guide you in the workout part of your life, not necessarily the work part of your life.  Unless you are a heavy construction worker or lumberjack, I suppose.  It is a guide, not a blanket statement of what you should or should not do.  The most common reason I get a one is that my HRV is below my normal range.  But I always put my score in the context of my recent activity.  If I went above and beyond the day before, then I might lighten up on my workout.  But I still do my normal, daily activities.

I think you need to go to work.

I just have to work out so I'll take it a little lighter today. I don't
consider running thirty minutes as high activity. It's just normal for me.
I just wish the watch didn't have to give me a 1. That's so low. Give me
hope give me a 6 or 8! But I think I get it. Thank you
