Readiness score shows on device but not in app (or vice-versa!)

I can see a Readiness score on my Charge 6 but not in the app. My husband also has a Charge 6 (different color) and only sees the Readiness score in the app but not on the device. Shouldn't we both be able to see it in both locations? Neither of us has Premium.

You are correct that you should see a Readiness score on your Fitbit and in the Fitbit app.

That said, I've seen Moderator posts acknowledging that the updated Readiness score is still rolling out to users.

They also mention that an app update will be rolling out in the next few days. Since those posts were from last week, the app update could be rolling out this week. Although the app updates tend to roll out in waves, the last couple of updates seemed to roll out to users in about a week's time.

Keep checking your app store for the update and install it when it's available.

I'll check back when the app update roll out is confirmed to see if you're still having problems with the Readiness score.
