Readiness score

I have a charge 6 and I would like to know if a readiness score should be available in the morning upon waking? Mine is always blank. I would think that a score should show first thing telling me that my body has charged somewhat during rest and sleep. I check it throughout the day and eventually a score is there but it’s very low. I’m new to premium. Am I doing something wrong?

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @angiepdenney!

In order to get your personal readiness score, being a feature of the Fitbit Premium membership, you'll have to wear your Charge 6 at least 14 hours per day for 4 days, including during sleep.

Hello & welcome @angiepdenney

You aren't doing anything wrong. As @Talahthas mentioned, your Charge 6 will be gathering more data to determine your personal Readiness score.

You might find this help page of interest since it explains the readiness score: What's my daily readiness score? (<-- click link)

I noticed that your screenshot shows Intense Activity. That usually results in a Low readiness score for me, meaning that I've exerted my body and it's time for a recovery period.

Thank you and thank you  for the info. I will check that out. I have worn the Fitbit I thought long enough for info to be gathered. I even thought I had saw at one point that I had a morning score upon waking. I’ll keep checking. I’m anxious to see how my body recovers after a nights

Thank you for your help. I know for sure I’ve worn it long enough for info to be gathered. Maybe I’m not getting enough rest. I’ll keep a check on it
