Recording naps as sleep

ANSWERED

I see that Fitbit can record a nap of "at least an hour" but most people's sleep cycle is about 45 minutes. Is there a way to tell your tracker that you are about to take a nap and manually put it into sleep mode?

@Cbots1   That "at least an hour" is what's written, but I have naps recorded that are less than an hour.  If you are going to take a nap, you can start Sleep Mode manually in the Quick Settings.  This will turn off Notifications.  Then just nap.
