Hi help please!!!
My daughters Fitbit app wont let me back in for 30 days after I accidentally deleted from her Google account.
Her new Charge 6 was attached somehow to both our phones, my Family account admin and her Child google account.
We tried to reset numerous times but nothing actually disconnected; so I thought deleting her data would help. Not knowing this would now lock her out for 30 days; not a great start to her Christmas present.
I've tried logging in into the app and just get "try again in 30 days". Really? This seems ridiculous.
I've also tried logging into Fitbit.com but as she is under 13 years of age Google auto restricts this page, and I can't figure out how to turn that off either.
Thanks in advance for help.
Scott.

@ScottHelp A person must be 13 and older, older in some EU countries, to set up and use a Charge 6.
