Recurring alarm not updating

So I updated my Charge 6 this morning (on Android) now the repeating alarms are showing grey with a cross and the only way I can have them on is to have a 1 time alarm any ideas?

I've restarted the watch uninstalled the app on my phone and check DND and sleep mode and neither are on.

I am having the same problem. For me it seems to be completely random when the alarms that are on turn gray or yellow. I just got my fitbit in March and it has done it the whole time.

Great News!

I was apparently totally wrong in my last update ( I've since edited it!). Support will tell you factory reset and it does actually work.

The alarm will still look broken and you will lose that day's activity, but the recurring alarm did start working after the factory reset and resync. Huzzah!

You are the first one to be positieve.

Mine is getting worse by the day.

Alarms still won't work properly (overslept 3 times) and as of today the vibration with massages or set goals (steps) doesn't go off.

Getting my Samsung ready because i'm tired of this &#^=>÷+!(=[÷

Mine literally locked itself and stopped being able to connect to my phone after I did this. Apparently it's a common issue as well.

Definitely get your money back if you can! This is a known warranty style issue.

Happy day here… woke up this morning to find all my recurring alarms are now back to their normal icons—no more scary gray Xs instead of clocks! So I am guessing an update was pushed out that finally corrected the problem. Take a look on your devices to see if you, too, have been blessed by this miracle!

Fix the reoccurring alarm please, I have a charge 6 and it is all up to date plus I restarted it.

Just a little update I have seen a couple of people saying they work so gave it a go and I can confirm that despite being grey and the X in the middle of the clock they do stay on as repeating alarms.

So its not a problem just the worst design given the other alarms are red for off and yellow for on (which I am pretty sure how the repeating alarms looked before this update).

Why on earth would you recommend this as your first solution without giving better context about what it will do to your Fitbit?? Now my Fitbit is stuck in purgatory and will not reconnect to my phone. I am both without alarms AND without a watch. This has been an issue for weeks for me, significantly longer for other folks. Why hasn't Fitbit addressed this??

I now have the same issue, updated two days ago.

Can also confirmed this worked! My smart wake was not working for a few weeks. I synced before factory resetting, and I was able to keep my data for the day. Alarm is still that gray clock icon, but it works at least 😭

Looks like this has been persistent for months on a pretty important feature that has been stable for years. What's going on? Do we have a timeline or do I need to return my device. I literally just got it this month after being on whoop for several years. This is a very simple yet important feature that I need to manage my day.

Hi.  I just bought my Fitbit Charge6 two weeks ago - I'm also experiencing these issues.  What is the evolution and resolution to this situation?  I have ensured everything has been updated on my phone and Fitbit.  This is extremely frustrating.

Return it as immediately as possible under your region's consumer
protection regulations as it isn't as promised.
