Reminders stopped

My fit bit 6 stopped vibrating to let me know when to move. I have restarted it 3 times already and notifications are on. Thank you

I've experienced the same every now & then. When it happens, I turn off the Hourly notifications in the Fitbit app, sync, turn the Hourly notifications back on, sync, then restart my device.

So far, this series of steps has worked for me.

Thank you, unfortunately it didn't work for me.  I liked it when I was busy at work and getting that reminder really helped.

Sometimes it takes more than 1 try to get the Fitbit to respond properly. I've had to do the process more than once to get the hourly notifications to work.

Interestingly, I had to do this process yesterday right after I posted my reply to you since I wasn't getting my hourly move notifications. It's working properly now.
