Reminders to move seems to have stopped working. I’ve tried turning it off and then on again, but still nothing. Any suggestions?

Hello @MB115

When I don't get my Reminders to Move, this is what I do:

  • Turn off the Reminders to Move in the app
  • Do a sync
  • Turn the Reminders to Move back on in the app
  • Do a sync
  • Restart my device

This usually works to get my reminders to show again.

Hi @MB115, Thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.

Let me help you with the reminders to move on your Charge 6.

Swipe down from the clock face to access quick settings. Ensure DND mode and Sleep mode are off.

In addition, make sure the time frame when you want to receive notifications is properly set.
