Return policy is 15, NOT 45 days

When I tried to return my Charge 6, I was told that the return deadline is 15 days, NOT 45 days as documented in numerous places on the Fitbit community support board and other websites.

The chat rep told me that this is an Internal policy and not documented anywhere on web by Fitbit/Google.

How can a consumer products company in this day and age get away with having an undocumented return policy? I was at 19 days and of course no flexibility on the return. I am blown away.

Hi @cliffmt  actually, it is in some of the posts on the community forum, but it is in their official warranty information, too.

Fitbit Limited Warranty information is here. If purchased after July 11, 2023, it tells you to go here. That page leads you to how to return the item for a refund at this link, which states 15 days.

Granted, you have to dig a bit to find it and it's really more in line with other retailers, such as Best Buy, which is 14 days return policy.
