So as many others i wasn't able to connect. I was stuck at the logo and the "download app".
Sometimes it displayed the number but it always got stuck or immediately said it doesn't work.
Resetting with that button on the cable did not work. But then I started to think, what does that button do?
The solution is, it just cuts the voltage for a short time. This button didn't work but:
THE SOLUTION is to just plug in the USB cable in and out 3 times.
After that i saw the charging symbol and was able to connect on the 2nd try.
It's updating now.
That's my first Fitbit and I'm disappointed so far. I bought it for stress management, right now it did the opposite to me lol

@RiekoC Thanks for your input. @Lukas23 Welcome to the forums. I appreciate you taking the time to explained how you were able to restart the Fitbit Charge 6. True, the button works as a switch that will interrupt the current. If you are convinced that the button of your charging cable is not working as it should, you can always calim it with support under warranty. Let us know if you need help with that.
