SPO2 Charge 6

I cannot instal the spo2 app. There is no icon in the app and not in the charge 6

Hello @Axlor and welcome to the Community.  Where are you located?  SpO2 isn't available in all countries.  That's the most common reason you can't find the app.  The country list is at the bottom of this page

I am in Germany. So it should be available, but it doesn’t. What can I do?

Please, try to delete and reinstall the Fitbit app.

Thank you, just tried it. (Deleted the Fitbit app from iPhone and installed it again.)

unfortunately doesn’t helped. There still no spo2 app

Hello @Axlor 

I'm wondering if your location is correctly set in the Fitbit app. I've seen some users post that certain features that are restricted by country weren't available due to their location not being correct in the app.

To check your settings:

  • Tap on your picture/icon (Android) / gear icon (iOS) in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap on Fitbit settings
  • Tap on App settings
  • On this page, check to see if Automatic location is turned on. If not, turn it on by tapping on the dot to the right.

If Automatic location is turned on, but you're still not seeing the SpO2 app. See if you can turn off Automatic location and set your location to Germany. Then see if the SpO2 app shows up.

I posted yesterday. I don’t have it either. Piece of junk. Fitbit support is not helping. All they did was send me the instructions that DO NOT WORK on my device.

Any luck? I’ve restarted the watch, deleted the app. Still don’t have O2 tracking!!
