My son and I got the same Fitbit, Charge 6 but his isn't connecting to his phone or login via his email. It's trying to connect to mine via Bluetooth. I have received the 4 digit code on my Fitbit versus his and mine is already set up. He's tried re-installing his app and has used the 3 dots to try to get it to work but nothing. Not sure if its faulty or if there is something else we can do where his app doesn't try to connect my Fitbit to it and actually connects his to his app.

With the Charge 6, you can not set it up with an e-mail address. You have to use the option to log in through Google.
Logging in with a Google E-mail will not work.
Since it is letting your son setup, I'm assuming he has logged in through Google, and not his e-mail.
What type of phone does he have? If it is an android, the phone should detect the Charge 6 and prompt him to set it up.
Are you saying that your Charge 6 is receiving the code sent by your sons phone? If so, I suggest moving your tracker away from him, or turn your Charge 6 off. If his Charge 6 is charged, and on, it should be detected by his phone.
I'm not sure which 3 dots are being triggered to is.
Once the setup process has started, you can restart your tracker.
