I have a charge 6 that I have had sinde Januarary 2023. So, 20 months. The screen stopped working. Ut completely died and needed to be charged but it didnt look to be charging. After going to a forum abd reading a post I looked to see if it was still working though the app and the geartbeat is still going. Thus tells me it did charge but has a broken screen. Or screen wont kight up. I dont know if the other functions are working through the app because I had just put it on my wrist to check. Any suggestions on what to do.
When I bought this I was replacibg a Charge 4 I had. The screen also went out. Although, I didnt check the app with that one Iam pretty sure it was completely dead because it didn't make any noise when pushing the button on the side. Still, it seems there are problems with tge screens on these Fitbits. The forum I was in was about that very thing and it didnt seem to be rare. I dont think I will be buying another if I cant get this one fixed. Iam really bummed about this.
