Screen on watch is flickering and unresponsive and times

Hello all

Here is on Charge 6 issues. Screen on watch is flickering and unresponsive at times for the last 3-4 days. Sometimes the watch face appears and looks corrupted now it just flickers with a blank white screen when tapping the screen if it responds at all. I have had 1 to 2 daily "Update" notifications appear on my iPhone too for 4 days now. Tried plugging it in and pressing the usb button 3 times method everyday now with no results. Changed the clock face method too but no change. Battery life is less then 1 day now too. Watch is dying? Data is still transmitting to the iphone but i cannot change the settings or see anything on the watch. Got it for Xmas 2023. Ideas?

Sorry to see you're having all these issues with your Charge 6.

At this point, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link). Most likely, they will have you go through some troubleshooting steps. If they confirm that your device is defective, they should let you know what are your options under warranty.
