Share your heart rate to Iphone message on Charge 6

Hello

My fitbit has started to always ask me if I want to "Share your heart rate to iphone" each time I start an exercise. Why has it suddenly started to ask this?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @japv.

Thanks for letting me know about this message in regards to your Charge 6 asking to share the heart rate in your Iphone.

This is because you can share your heart rate from Fitbit to an iPhone, you can use a third-party app or sync your Fitbit data with Apple Health. For example, Fitbit to Apple Health Sync: This app allows you to sync your Fitbit data with Apple Health. You can sign into Fitbit.com in the app, choose the fitness fields you want to sync, and click "Sync Now". There's a free version to sync daily steps, and a Pro version for syncing historical data and 14 fields.

It looks like my fitbit was confused about starting an exercise with sharing my heart rate with an external app.I restarted my fitbit and all went back to normal now
