Sleep Analysis missing (Premium Subscription)

Problem: Detailed sleep analysis is not displaying despite an active Premium subscription.

Device: Fitbit Charge 6

Technical Status & Troubleshooting performed:

Heart Rate Sensor: Functioning correctly.

App Storage: Cache and storage cleared.

App Status: Uninstalled and reinstalled.

Device Status: Restarted.

The advanced metrics are still missing. I am a paying Premium customer and expect a solution to this sync or account-side issue.

I'm sorry to hear that your app is not showing your Premium sleep information. I appreciate all the information provided. 

My best advice from here is to contact technical support. They have the most appropriate resources to help you more thoroughly.

I have already contacted technical support, spent over 30 minutes answering questions, and provided screenshots.

The support's conclusion was that I am wearing the watch incorrectly. This is unacceptable, as sleep stages, heart rate, and oxygen saturation have functioned perfectly for two years.

I can now confirm the negative experiences with support reported by others here. This is clearly not a user error, but a hardware defect or a server-side issue. I expect a professional technical solution for my Premium account and am requesting an official escalation of this case
