Sleep Score and Cardio Fitness Score and more missing (iPhone app)

A couple a days ago sleep score and cardio fitness score went missing. Also the info about REM, light and deep sleep is now missing. I dont have a premium abonnement.

I have reinstalled the app and also booted my Iphone. That did not help.

What to do?

Kind regards,
Hugo

Hello @HugoO

The cardio fitness score/VO2 max should be in the Heart tile, below the Time in heart rate zones graphs and Energy burned and above the Health assessments section. I've almost missed it several times, myself.

This help page has the recommended troubleshooting steps when you don't get a sleep score (<-- click link)

Please let us know if the troubleshooting helped.

Thank you, Rieko!

I did find the cardio fitness score, exactly where you said. I think before I also would get it by swiping but that does not work anymore.

The sleep score came back yesterday without any troubleshooting on my part.

Kind regards,

Hugo

Hi Hugo, sorry to hear about the issue! Try these steps: 1) Ensure both your Fitbit app and device firmware are up to date. 2) Check your Fitbit account settings to ensure sleep tracking is enabled. 3) Sync your device manually in the app. If it still doesn’t work, contact Fitbit Support—they can check if there’s a server or account issue.

Hello @HugoO

Thanks for the update. I'm glad that you found your cardio fitness score. When I looked in my app so that I could give you the directions on how to find it, I definitely missed seeing it the first time. It doesn't seem to be as prominent as it was before.

I'm glad to see that you got your sleep score, too. I've had times when my sleep score doesn't show in the app because I only got the basic sleep graph. It appeared after I deleted the sleep log and manually entered it, along with the sleep stages graphs. This indicates to me that my device was properly tracking my sleep, but the algorithms weren't doing the calculations correctly.

No sleep score and stages missing.  HR monitor works fine.  It’s as thought it doesn’t see me as a premium member despite that title at the top of screen.   Tried every suggestion.  Even new charge 6!    Thinking of moving to another brand which I hate after so many years of success w Fitbit.

Hello @Altaboy18

Sorry to see that you're not getting a sleep score or sleep stages. Were you able to get those before?

By any chance, do you have tattoos or scars around the area where you wear your device? If so, that could be a factor why you're not seeing a sleep score or stages.

Have you tried wearing your Charge 6 on the inside of your wrist at night? Some users have reported that doing this gave them sleep tracking.
