The info (day /time) on the watch are correct, but when i open the app and sync, it says "today" at the top but all the sleep and excersice over the week is one day behind. For example, in the activity sections where it marks the days I excersiced, it logged my thursday workout on wednesday.
If I delete the app and download it again it fixes but only for a day and then its wrong again.

Although I'm not sure that this will work, you can try clearing the cache and data/storage for the Fitbit app on your phone, followed by a force stop. Then re-open the Fitbit app.
You will need to log back into the app after clearing the data/storage.
