Sleep data being deleted and not collected

All my sleep data in history is being deleted as I open it up and replaced with ‘No Data’

New night 5-6 August is ‘No Data’

I want to clear the question. My tracker is working fine. It shows the sleep data on the Tracker's screen.

But when I try to check data in the Fitbit App, there's none. Currently, all my previous sleep data were missing as well when I tried to trace those records. They displayed as no data.

What has changed is that all records re Sleep have been obliterated!

Both my phone Android and my wife's phone, Apple have lost all sleep data current and history TODAY!

What is going on, an update gone wrong.

Same here.  I looked at the month view and watched them all disappear before my eyes. And then one came back, and then I went to look for last nights one. And it disappeared as I was looking at it 🫠

This many people experiencing the same issue at about the same time sounds to me like a system backend “oopsie” problem. I’m hoping it will get fixed quick. My guess is it will be possibly a few days for meetings then a patch roll out?

This isn't the only issue that I'm having with the app - just the latest.
Question I put to support: if you can't produce a reliable and stable app
and fix things in a reasonable amount of time - I've been waiting almost 4
months for a fix to another issue - why would I buy your products again?

So what has happened to all sleep data? Today no sleep data appeared at all after syncing,  then yesterday's data disappeared, then all sleep historical data also disappeared.  Please tell us it has not all been wiped

Exactly the same happened to ours, when previous days data appeared it suddenly disappeared, never to be sent again

Hi everyone

I'm trying to track my sleep with a Fitbit. Last night i forgot put on my Fitbit Charge 6 on, so it was disconnected to my iphone. I can understand there is no sleeping data of last night. However, while i checked sleeping data of last two weeks, i found some part of the data are gone. Some days there are no sleep data, some with wrong sleep hours or time....

I tried to connect and restart Fitbit/iphone, but nothing changed...

Is there anyone having same problem? what can i do to get my data back...

Hi. Do these updates at all explain current glitch i and others seem to have and whether this is the case, or not, will issues be remedied? In my case with versa 4 watch sleep recordings have disappeared, come back briefly for one night, then gone again over last 3 nights. Also I ran about 3.5 k and it recorded as 1.12 km. From what I've read from others, restarting and reinstalling isn't a solution

This is happening to me too. I’ve manually logged the times and they will appear for less than a second and then disappear again, not show up at all or tell me they can’t be logged because an entry exists but wont display. Scrolling back to previous days, the Sleep data displays for a second and then says No data again. I’ve tried updating the app, but no change.

All my sleep data is gone  as from today as well. There seems to be many different posts about this same issue today. Hopefully a moderator will start to join the dots and realise there is a real bug here since the update they announced today to  sleep measurements

All sleep data history were deleted, can't any of them now. Only thing can see now is one snap during a day last week. All data are missing now.

Tried to update several times but nothing appears.
