Anyone else get high HrV on days where you've been tossing and turning and subjectively had "bad sleep"? And vice versa?
I slept like crap yesterday, recurring nightmares and getting up twice. And it was my best HrV in weeks but my worst sleep in weeks.
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Hi @wormenhi. Welcome to the forums.
Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Charge 6.
Generally when I sleep lightly and move around a bit in bed, my heart rate increases considerably. When I wake up and I'm able to remember what I dreamed, my heart rate has been lower.
I'd suggest you take a look at this help article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
