Hi can you assist please
sleep score is sync with app no problem but not displaying on device , if restart the the charge 6 the sleep score then appears ,Is this a bug ? Or a setting that needs changing any advice?
App is up-to-date

This is December 2024 and it happened to me with last night’s sleep measurements. I tried your suggestion to no avail.

I've found sometimes
Restart fitbit works
Also I found it can be if you had a restless sleep . Sometimes wil not show the data .

Tried the restart and turning the. Bluetooth on and off. My is always restless! Aside from their update fiasco several years ago this has never happened before. My Charge 5 also rapidly losing juice of late. Planned obsolescence if you ask me!
