Fitbit app and charge 6 are not showing sleep scores for the last 3 nights, only simplified data is showing. I’ve tried all the usual steps, deleted the app, reinstalled, changed settings etc but nothing is working! Heart rate monitoring is working fine and my watch hasn’t moved but for some reason the sleep score has just stopped working! Anyone got any suggestions, have to say my experience of the charge 6 so far is not a good one and this has just added to it!!

I am having the exact same issue. Thought I had it fixed by resetting but back to same old issue. Any suggestions appreciated.

Same issue here. My wife also has a Charge 6 and it correctly records sleep stages and gives a sleep score. I recently swapped my Sense 2 - which did not record sleep score and sleep stages - for the Charge 6 which I thought would work. It did not. So, my wife and I swapped our Charge 6s. My Charge 6 when it was on her wrist recorded a sleep score and sleep stages. Her Charge 6 on my wrist recorded neither. My conclusion is that the Charge 6 won't work on some people. Having been a long-distance runner for years, my resting and sleeping heart rates are low, frequently below 50bpm. Perhaps the Charge 6 is not sensitive enough to track my sleep.

My resting heart rate is usually in the low 50’s so it should still work for you. I have finally managed to get my Charge 6 to record my sleep, I had to change my sleep settings under the activity and wellness settings to sensitive rather than normal and this seemed to work.

Hello @credal
By any chance, have you tried wearing the Charge 6 or Sense 2 on the inside of your wrist? I've seen some users report that they got sleep score & stages when they moved their Fitbits to the inside of their wrist at night. There's no guarantee that this will work, but it might be worth a try.

I tried that and the Charge 6 still records only that I was asleep, no sleep stages. My last try will be to turn it so that it is on the inside of my wrist. If that fails, I think I'll give up. My old Versa 4 worked perfectly until the battery gave out so I assume there has been some significant changes to either the s/w or the sensor, maybe both and those changes just won't work for me.

Does anyone have the solution? - I no longer receive my sleep score with the data I receive every day as to the quality of my sleep. Was this a timed trial period forcing the user to purchase the Premium upgrade?

I've tried all the suggestions and last night I tried the last one - I wore the Charge 6 with sensor over the inside of my wrist. There was no sleep score recorded. I've used fitbits for years with no problems at all and replaced them when the batteries could no longer hold a charge. There is obviously something wrong with the current generation of fitbit trackers. Most people have no problems but some do and there is no indication that their problems will be fixed. I'll send my Charge 6 back for a refund and look at the Garmins which don't appear to have the same level of complaints.
