Sleep stage strangeness

Manually started a WALK on my Charge 6 this morning.  Reviewing my exercise in the app (Android) after sync, I saw that half an hour into my walk, the device thought I was in light sleep for 7 minutes.  This has never happened before. 

How does this happen especially when I'm moving around?  During those suppose light sleep 7 minutes my heart rate rose from 129 to 140bpm.
