I got this to track my sleep but it stops recording whenever I get up to use the bathroom during the night - that’s every night - people with sleep issues always get up during the night - this **ahem** is worthless to me

@MSPVT1 Do you mean it doesn't continue to record ANY sleep after getting up in the middle of the night? Do you fall back to sleep and stay asleep? If you remain restless, Charge 6 won't recognize that you're sleeping, technically. I get up several times a night as well, my device continues to record sleep with all the various stages. The sleep/wake times might not always be accurate but it's close enough. And there are points where it shows I am both awake and light sleeping at the same time.

If you are letting it automatically sense, you might notice a short awake time on the sleep stages when you check it next morning. Depends entirely on how much the watch moves...

@MSPVT1 I assume your device remain securely snug against your wrist? If you wear it too loose, some turning and tossing could have it slip where the sensor isn't in prolonged contact with your skin. Or in an example that happened to me where I wore it too loosely, the position I had my wrist on the pillow, the Charge 6 was pushed up askew, and not laying flat on my wrist.

AH it occurs to me to tell you all about some things I do NOT do in the middle of the night...
I do NOT tap my watch to check the time or whatever since IT TELLS THE SYSTEM THAT I AM AWAKE!!!. NOPE! (I also have set my watch to "manual vs automatic so it does not light when I turn my wrist - again, this would tell it that I am awake... NOPE! not a bit NO!!!
