Sleeping heart rate choppy

Hi,

My charge 6 always shows sleeping heart rate to spike above resting heart rate many times in the night. Is there a way to check whether these spikes correspond to movement ?

Hello @omkpat and welcome to the Community.  I've always though that they do, but there's no way to prove it.  I noticed that your screenshot shows 6% tossing and turning.  I usually have more tossing and turning that you.  I seem to have more spikes than you, too.
