So I just got a new Charge 6 today and set up all my notifications, but I’ve noticed that I seem to get…extra notifications, specifically with Snapchat. It notifies me when someone sends a snap or chat (which is great), but then when I’m in the chat with that person, I get a notification on my watch every time they send a message for every individual message, despite there not being an actual notification on my phone. And it’s not just with one person, either – it’s with every single person on my snap. This doesn’t happen with normal messages or in any other app, so I was just wondering if anyone knew what was going on and how to fix it?
And if it makes any difference, I’m on an iPhone XR and have the latest updates on both my phone and my Fitbit

Hey there @lemonmonster, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for reaching out. Let's try troubleshooting this together.
Have you tried turning notifications for Snapchat off and then back on? This might help reset the connection. Take a look at this link for help.

Yes I have, both in my phone’s settings and in the Fitbit app, but it’s still playing up 😔

@lemonmonster Well that is right, that's strange.
Let's try disabling and re-enabling app permissions for Snapchat in your phone's settings. This might help resolve the issue.
Please let me know if that works.

Ok, so I’ve reset every notification setting I can find (both in system settings and in snap), I’ve restarted my phone, and I’ve even logged out of Snapchat, but it’s still playing up 🫤
