SpO2 in Charge 6 not work for me

Hello, My first post here in the community.

Could anyone tell me why the Charge 6 doesn't have the app to measure SpO2 for everyone? I live in Brazil and, despite having tried to install the app, I couldn't, even changing the region on my watch to one different from mine...

I appreciate you explaining your situation in regards to the SpO2 feature in your Charge 6.

The situation is that SpO2 is not currently available in your country, you can check more information here about that.

Before the SpO2 can be released in a country, the country needs to approve this  medical related function. The decisionis not really up to fitbit.

I already understood that. I would like to know if Fitbit carried out the necessary procedures to release the spo2 function in Brazil?
