Stair / Climbe do not register on my watch

Just bought charge 6 (not my firat Fitbit),but stairs do not register anything. Previous Fitbit did,so I know it should count. Any suggestions?

Hello @Asabh and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but the Charge 6 doesn't have an altimeter, the hardware that counts floors.
